PRODUCT WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER: Merrimack Valley Prepress, Inc., ("MVP") warrants that all its products sold will meet the manufacturing specifications for such products applicable at the time of their productions. If MVP determines that any product sold by MVP does not conform to such specifications, MVP will, at its option, either replace such product or refund the amount paid to MVP. This is the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy for claims relating to or arising with respect to such product. EXCEPT FOR THIS WARRANTY, MVP MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OF IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT SUPPLIED BY MVP, INCLUDING, BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION, THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF SUCH PRODUCT. MVP WILL, IN NO EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM OF ANY KIND IN AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT WITH RESPECT TO WHICH THE CLAIM IS MADE OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Paying a film output request invoice indicates to MVP that you have:

• Read and Understand the Product Warranty and Disclaimer
• Reviewed and accept the UN-TRAPPED, LOW RESOLUTION PDF for Size, Content and Color Break.

Once PayPal confirms that your invoice is paid, MVP will output your films within 1 Business Day and ship them to you using the shipping method and address you have provided to us with your order.
